Greenville, that offers homes for a broad economic spectrum, gives young first time homebuyers the opportunity to get into the market through bonded housing that is designed and constructed to a high standard. Older buyers scaling down from larger homes are also attracted to the comfortable, affordable homes.

The carefully curated colour palette of the exteriors of the houses includes subtle, attractive shades that include Silver Night, Sea Mist and Stone Shadow. The homes are enclosed both by 1.8m high concrete walls, and also panels of palisade fencing at the front, with sliding gates to the driveway. Interiors are planned to offer maximum usable space, and the kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms have high quality finishes that include tiled and carpeted floors, engineered stone finishes to working surfaces, and comfortable bathroom suites that include baths, hand-held showers with wall brackets, and solar water heaters.
